Office Manager

Haylee is a native to the Black Hills area, having grown up in Hot Springs, SD. She has been working in the dental field since graduating with an Expanded Functions Dental Assisting and Dental Radiology Certification in 2014. She then continued with her education and earned her Business Social Media Marketing Certification in 2018 and Business Office Professional Certification in 2023, graduating with honors for both.

Haylee and her wonderful husband Zach have been married since April 2013. Together they enjoy traveling and experiencing new cultures. They also love to try new foods and spend time outdoors, or building legos at home. Each day is a new adventure to be experienced.

Accounts Manager

Nancy attended Rapid City Area Schools growing up, she continues her commitment to her profession by attending offerings of the SD Dental Association, the ADA and the AAE. Nancy has been with working in the dental field since 2002 as a patient care coordinator and later as the accounts manager.

Nancy was born in Rapid City, and after some travel around the United States decided to raise her family in the Black Hills. She has been happily married since March of 1991 and has a grown daughter who has a spunky daughter and two feisty sons. She enjoys craft hobbies, camping, and spending time with family and friends in her spare time.  

Office Assistant

Andrea was born and raised in Rapid City and after living in Texas for a short time returned to the Black Hills to raise her children. She has been married to her husband Earl since 2010, together they have 2 children, Earl IV and Lila Jane, they also have an awesome dog named Thor.

Before joining our team Andrea worked as a teacher in early childhood education and as an orthodontic assistant. In her spare time she enjoys spending time in the Black Hills with her family camping, hiking, and fishing. Andrea also enjoys drawing, making jewelry and various other arts and crafts.

Office Assistant

Sierra was born and raised in Southern California. She moved here with her family when her dad was transferred for work back in 2016. She and her fiance are looking forward to building a future together here in the Black Hills.

In her spare time, Sierra enjoys spending time with her Poodle and Goldendoodle, reading, riding her dirt bike, cleaning, baking, and cooking. She truly enjoys working with kids and would like to be an elementary teacher in the future.

Office Assistant

Olivia has lived in Rapid City her entire life. She is the middle child and grew up with an older brother and younger sister. Olivia’s goal is to become a dental hygienist, she is currently enrolled in classes at BHSU, working towards an Applied Health Science associate degree.

In her free time, Olivia enjoys singing and listening to music, riding bikes, going to the lake, and being outside in general. She also loves spending time with her 2 dogs Bella and Lucy, volunteering at her church, and road trips.

Dental Assistant

Brooke has called Rapid City home her whole life. She met her husband Randy while attending college and they were married in 1997. They have two children; their oldest, Tyler, was recently married and lives in Rapid City.  Their youngest, Rylie, is attending college to become a dental hygienist.

In her spare time, Brooke enjoys time with her family. A true outdoor enthusiast, she loves staying at their cabin in the Hills, hiking, camping, biking, 4-wheeling, and running.

Dental Assistant

Carrie was born and raised in Utah.  She has lived in Omaha, Nebraska, and the last 12 years in Rapid City.  She and her husband, Ben, have been married since 2002; and they are the parents of three daughters. Carrie began in general dentistry as a dental assistant 22 years ago.  She took a break to raise her girls and is glad to be back assisting and being part of the team at Black Hills Modern Endodontics.

In her free time, she enjoys being outdoors: gardening, hiking, running, and playing many team sports. She loves reading, baking, playing games, and spending time with her family. Carrie likes volunteering at her children’s schools, for her church, and in the community.

Dental Assistant

Meet Grace, our vibrant dental assistant and aspiring dental hygienist, born and raised in the heart of South Dakota. With an infectious personality trait centered around her unabashed love for the color pink, Grace brings a splash of brightness to our team. A true country music enthusiast, she finds joy in running and immersing herself in the world of books, both through reading and listening. Grace is not just a diligent college student; she's a family-oriented individual who cherishes quality time with her loved ones. Adding to the uniqueness of her background, Grace has a twin brother. Her passion for dentistry shines through in her role as a dental assistant, where she thrives on the connection with her patients. Grace's love for life, dedication to her studies, and close-knit family ties make her a valuable and delightful member of our team.

Dental Assistant

Kalene is new to both the South Dakota area and the dental field. She originally received her Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from the University of Alaska Anchorage and had plans to teach back home in Alaska, however, those plans quickly changed once her husband Airman Giles was stationed here in Rapid City.  Funny enough, it was actually Audra, one of our Dental Assistants and friend of Kalene, who introduced her to the idea of trying something new and working in the dental field!

In her free time Kalene loves to sing, paint, visit with friends and she eventually wants to learn how to play guitar! Her most recent enjoyment though, is exploring this great state of South Dakota with her husband.

Dental Assistant

Grace grew up in Piedmont surrounded by family, dogs, cats, and chickens. Her future goal in life is to be an amazing stay-at-home mom.

Grace enjoys being outdoors in her spare time, either camping, hiking, or practicing archery. Grace also enjoys going to the gym, learning new things, and meeting new people. She almost always has a sarcastic remark or joke ready for anyone, and helping people brings her joy.

Sterilization Assistant

Daisy was born and raised in South Florida, where she enjoys the beach and going out with friends and family. Daisy moved to South Dakota with her husband when he was transferred to his first duty station. They have 2 cats named Hanzo and Jerry, and a blue heeler puppy named Dice.

In her free time, Daisy enjoys running and going to the gym. Daisy is attending classes at BHSU to receive her associate's in applied health sciences.
